The Prowlers of Thief River Falls will have back from their 18-8 and Section 8AAA team four state qualifiers, three section place winners and seven others with a great deal of experience. They did graduate three state qualifiers including two state place winners, but look for them to challenge those dual meet marks of last season. The Prowlers should make a strong challenge to repeat as section champions and make some improvement on those dual meet marks if they stay healthy thru out the season. Holden Nelson, Austin Hjelle, Nathan Holecek and Craig Williams will be their key leaders thru out the season.

The Cardinals of Staples-Motley posted a very good dual marks last season with a 20-8 record and they were section runner up. In addition to that they were also Mid-State Conference Champions. Back from that very good team are two state qualifiers, four section place winners and ten others with a great deal of experience. Look for this crew to challenge those dual meet marks from last season. Despite the fact they graduated three seniors, which one includes a state qualifier and a section place winner. The Cardinals should challenge for section and conference honors. Blake Petrich, Jordan Heldman, Brent Lisson, Blake Miller, Brady Killian and Austin Redemske should be their key leaders thru out the season.

They return four state qualifiers, six section place winners and six others with a great deal of varsity experience. They did graduate three very good seniors last spring, but look for the Yellow Jackets to make a huge improvement on those dual meet marks from last season. Look for this team to make a very strong challenge for Section and Conference honors. Jessie Hein, Cody Nylander, Luke Sailor and Brandon Lueders will be their key leaders thru out the season.

They should make a challenge for a top four spot in the section dual meet campaign and conference honors. Abbott Aho, Matt Laugen, Tyler Giza, Harvey McMahon and Hayden Zenner should all be key leaders thru out the season.

This is a young team and if they continue to improve over the course of the season they could challenge for one of those top four spots in this very good section dual meet campaign. Josh Edlund, Wyatt Hanson, Nate Merten, Cody Weiland and Blake Bergeron will be their key leaders thru out the season.

The Road Crew graduated one very good wrestler last spring, thus they should improve those dual meet marks if they stay healthy thru out the season. Look for them to challenge for a top four spot in this very balance section dual meet campaign and conference honors if their younger wrestlers continue to improve.
