The Magic of Monticello had an outstanding season last year as they posted a 23-4 dual meet mark and section championship honors. They will return four state qualifiers including one state place winner, three section place winners and two others with experience. They will be hard pressed to match those dual meet marks from last season. With the graduation of eight seniors including six state qualifiers including two state champions. But look for this team to fill in with some junior varsity wrestlers. They should make a great deal of improvement thru out the season. The Magic should make a strong challenge for section honors and possibly for conference honors. Eric Bourgeois, Nic Grimley, Jake Berthiaume, Zach Beaumaster and Logan Stiller should be their key leaders thru out the season.

The Eagles should make a strong challenge for both Conference and section honors. Walker Thiele, Lance Benick, Isaac Florell, Kezlee Flomo, Derek Wolters and Joe Schiller should be their key leaders thru out the season.

The Tigers had a great season as they posted 15-9 dual meet marks and won section 5AA runner up honors. Back from that team are; one state qualifier, four section place winners and nine others with a great deal of varsity experience. They did graduate five section place winners including one state qualifier, so they might be hard pressed to challenge those dual meet numbers. However look for the Tigers younger wrestlers to make a lot of improvement over the course of the season, thus seriously challenging those dual meet numbers from last season. They should make a strong challenge for both conference and section honors. Justin May, Bobby Simmons, Max Fite, Tyler Ritchie and Marquise Rolbieckie should be their key leaders thru out the season.

The Rockets posted 6-16 dual meet marks last season and they had some very showings in four of their individual tournaments. Back from that team are three state qualifiers, four section place winners and seven with varsity experience. There were no Rockets that graduated last spring, so look for them to improve on those dual meet marks. They could if they continue to improve challenge for a top four spot in the section 5AA dual meet campaign. Ty Griffin, Zach Johnson, John Redepenning, Adam Jakubowski and Bard Jonson will be their key leaders thru out the season.

They didn't have any graduates last spring so look for this team to make some big improvements on those dual meet marks from last season. They should move up in the conference standings and could possibly challenge for a top four spot in this very balance section dual meet campaign. Jared Offedahl, Jake Deutchlander, Seoulec Gunvalson and Dillon Smith should be their key leaders.
